Sometimes I just can’t shut my fitness brain off!

As I was sweating through a 12 mile run this morning as part of my training for the Niagara Falls marathon in support of Remember Betty I needed to distract myself.  As a result the following workout was born!

I realize that the marathon is NKOTB related and this workout is BSB related…but one cannot control one’s mind while trying not to fall off of a treadmill…ha, ha!

While this workout is partly made in jest and to make you smile…if executed, it is actually pretty effective!
